HTML Image Code – Adding an image to a web site web page is a matter of adding html-image-code. Adding images can add a bit of color and fun to a web page.

Remember that you can use tables to align your images on your webpages and they should be optimised so they are small in size without any loss of qaulity.
HTML Font Code
HTML Font Code – This is what you need to edit to change the font of a website. The html font code is easy to change and there are only 3 fonts that you should resort using in a web site webpage and they are:
- Arial
- Times New Roman
- Verdana
Verdana and Arial are similar and they are Fonts that are Sans Serif types which means font with ‘no feet’. If you take a look at the Times New Roman font you could see small feet on the start and ending of
each letter.
The reason behind this is that helps the reader to read the flow of words more easily when you’re reading a
Newspaper, book or a novel. My favorite font for web site webpage’s is Verdana because it has a stylish simplicity mood set to it which adds a nice mood to a webpage. You really can not use any other font types because these 3 fonts are pre-installed in Macs and PC’s which means how you design your webpage is how it will look like on either platform.
If you use a font that is not pre-installed on your Visitors computer then your visitor will not view the web site webpage like you designed which could end up looking like a mess.
Tip - stick with one of the three mentioned fonts and you will have no surprises.
Adding a font in text.
lets take a look at the html for the above text as an example. You should be viewing the above text it in Times New Roman,bold and underlined.
The code for this example would look like this:

You will see that there is a font tag with the text in between.
To get the font underlined and in bold you will need to place the relevant tags. By taking above you will see clearly that the text is in the middle of the tags Just replace the font face text to the font you want to choose.
HTML Color Code
HTML Color Code – Using html-color-code on a web site can add an
interesting look and feel to your web site webpage’s.
Many web site designers use color to highlight certain links to sales
pages or content they want to share with the visitor.
When applying a-dash-of-color make sure it blends in nicely to
your webpage’s and that you don’t go overboard when applying
this to your webpage’s.
Ok lets take a look how to add color to a few words in html code.
Lets say I want to highlight this text in the color blue using html color
code.
The html code I would use would be:

Can you see the font take that has been applied? I have
highlighted this in blue in the html code.
Firstly there is an open font tag (<font> with the color specified, the text in the middle followed by the font closing tag (</font>) page.
You can apply this very easily using a web editing program like the one I use which is Namo Web Editor. Make sure you use only the 256 color pallet otherwise the web browser will have trouble formatting your webpage via the visitors web browser.
HTML Color Chart
HTML Color Chart colors – The numbers on the top of each cell are part of
the html color chart. These are for example 000000 or 333333
R = Red
G = Green
B = Blue
For example if you added 0 of red and 0 of green and 0 of blue
the color you would get is white. Popular editing programs give
you the ability to change the color.
To use these colors all you need to do is just change either the html code or the rgb numbers into whatever application your using.
Make sure that you use the correct colors from the html color chart provided below. By using these colors you’re giving your web site or images the right look and feel.
Please make sure that when you select colors from the html color chart thatthe color choice blends into your web site color scheme.
Using a html color chart is a great way of getting the color scheme right the first time.
